u need to go to muchos.com and sign up and host the pic so it has a URL and it can be added!

Andrew or Brad or someone clever in this area can get your 'Avatar' up for you. I couldn't do it

Muchos pics used as Avatars can disappear if you delete the original from the Muchos site....
