I rang Eastern Creek on the 21st Nov and they said that there was NO more Wed nite Drags at the Race track as the New WSID would be up n running and the races will be transfered there.

Where did you get the date from did you ring them direct. ???

I was reading Fast Fours & Rotaries and that's how I found out there were drags on the 10th. I'm sure those who rang Eastern Creek got more up to date information.

I doubt they are on, but I will call.

I certainly won't be doing 12s.

The engine was backfiring under load. I traced that to a broken spark plug. Now with new plugs and a Mallory dizzy the engine feels healthy but now I have a similar problem at about 6300 rpm.

Bloody electrics.

CT,Jak, whats happening on Friday (Eastern Creek). I see it is listed as minimum licence of C3. I'll go for a look if it's happening?

Friday is a private practice at Eastern Creek. There will be 3 sessions. 1 for L2S licence holders, one other for cars and one for bikes. It is predicted to be quiet so they should be able to get through 3 sessions per hour. That means up to 8 sessions is possible for the day. Jak, Richard, Deiter myself and maybe Paul will be heading out there to further develop our cars and enjoy some track time.

I've just taken the rear of my car down and inch and I've got a new muffler and ignition system to try out.

Besides I wasn't happy with my times at the last run at Eastern Creek.

If you want to participate you need to be at Eastern Creek at 7am. Roll up to the medical centre and sign your life away.

I can confirm that drag races are no longer held at EC. We will have to wait for the new strip in Feb. Cool I can put a HD clutch in by then.
