The next phase of my restoration is the inside of the bonnet. At the moment it's a mess, with oil cans being spilled in it in the past and an
incredible amount of wiring behind the dash. I want to neaten this wiring up by putting some kind of board up along the width of the bonnet to cover
all of this up. The board will probably be covered in vinyl.
I was just wondering how I should go about fixing the board to the body. What have you guys done to hide all of your behind-the dashboard wiring?
It should have had a board (cover) from the factory there should be some tabs with thumb screws to fix it to.
You can also get carpet for there as well, to cover the tank!
And a spare wheel cover.

Purchase the proper wiring cover panel that hides all the junk. There are 2 locating screws in the body especially for these.
the cover are about $ 50 from memory. And there available from Vintage 9789-1777
Too easy, thanks guys
I'll look into it but will prob. use those screws in the body to secure a custom panel.
