The guys who own the server are in Brisbane. The server is located in the US somewhere. I don't know where at the moment. If it's important, I can find out.

The time for the board is always UTC (as is the Unix underpinnings), so add the appropriate hours that suit you in your preferences (ie Brisbane people need take no action, but everyone else will need to adjust as per their location. I've adjusted mine to be in New Caledonia (+11) for example).
