Insurance...

Anyone out there know a decent insurance company to go through for Vee Dubs?? Having trouble getting a decent price... my 1300 has been upgraded to a 1600 and since it's now 'modified' everyone wants $1500 - $2000 for comprehensive!!!! I've tried all the big guns, and a few of the classic ones as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Shannons wouldn't insure a daily driver?? That's strange! I got my two daily drivers with them (one is a VW the other is not)

...phew, all good now. Had to explain that it had an engineers certificate to a different person and all is good. We're on the road!! Thanks anyways for the help guys.
