chef needed on the sunshine coast (maroochydore)as from end january/beginning of february 2004.
meditteranean style (pizzas,pastas,salads,a la carte....)
experience essentials
6 day operations restaurant - lunch/diner

Oh man, I wish I'm in QLD. I'm a chef and I drive a Super Beetle daily. The thing is I just got a 2 weeks old baby daugther and just moved in to our new house a couple months ago. Seriously I've been thinking of moving up there (father in-law will be happy) but maybe in a year or so. Good luck finding your chef, maybe I'll see you up there when visiting in-law. Cheers. Nino
