Not that I am into recruiting, but there is always the RAAF who will take Aero's. Pay isn't bad, and you would most likely get in (read, short of qualified engineers) and speed up your citizenship if you want. Apart from that, there is a sizeable little aero sector out at the Bris Airport. I am in Sydney, but am in the civil eng. side of the show.

Can you operate a mower?

Honestly if I hear somthing on the grape vine I'll drop you a line. Set yourself up a resume page and start sending out those applications.

I know with the fires blazing they are in despirate need of round the clock staff to service and check the aircraft putting out the fires. Just a mention from a community interest program I was listening to.

I wouls also apply for work at crop dusting workshops scattered around the cotton country of southern and central Queensland.

Which Beach?
I'll meet you there.

My only responsibility is making sure I pick the kids up on time. I think I could get used to relaxing.;)

My son and his girlfriend did some picking in Queensland when they were travelling around Oz. They had a great time and met excellent people. Hard work at times but, and not all property owners are good.

If you want money and to fill in time until something more up your alley comes up I can try and get details for you:)
