i have a '60 splitty i am ever so slowly working on and ,i have a britax roof out of a beetle now will they fit or am i silly thinking about it

BUg Britax wont fit, as it is made fro a curved roof, but you can get a similar britax for a flat roof.

I got mine from Noble park Sunroofs Or the sunroof centre, Im not sure which one of those names they trade under now days, I got it 3 years ago though! But I rang for a friend Early this year, and they told me they would still be able to get them, they would just have to order it.

David, if you dont use the bug Britax i will take it off your hands. I can get my hands on a flat one for the split out of a type3 in perfect condition. Whole roof clip. Problem is the bloke wants $600!!! f#%@ing dollars and not one penny less. I can get you his number if you like.
