They will proberly have to be cut and fiddled with to make them fit to the guard.

Dont forget to get the base part as well so it can be welded to the guards and the bullet section screwed onto it.

they fit sweet as. i thought i was sooo original when i did this to mine about 8years ago. then i found out it was a standard thing for american early beetles.

they fit well down on the front outside edges. you need the rubber seal and the easiest way is to weld two threads on to teh blinker. then make two elongated holes in your guard. slide the threads thru the holes. they are elongated so as to allow adjustments. then tighten with a screw. they thread also acts as a earth lead if you are fitting to glass guards, which i did. just run a wire back to a bolt that holds the guard to the body.

Yes, I thought they did, but with a bit of fiddling about.. they virtually only fit at the one spot... so elongated holes it is...
Very Rare in Australia.... very common in the USA from 1957....
instead of trafficators (semaphores!!)...

Can you use early Type 3 indicators instead? Would be an easier option...W(!)
