i have no idea how to save the pics. so if some one can assist, that would be great.

Download a image manipulation program like The Gimp or PaintShop Pro or one of the zillions of others. Install it. Run it.

Create your masterpiece in the little doohickey above.

Press Alt-PrtScr to capture the foreground window.

Paste this image into a new image in your paint program.

Crop and resize to taste. Most of the time, 640 x 480 images @ 65 % quality fit just fine in our 50 kb limitation.
