After three weeks without the puter we finally got it back.

A couple ays before xmas turned it on and t went snap crackle pop and a really bad smell. Thought it was te power supply but after my brother inlaw( in the Trade) checked it out mother board cook.
My son was walkng the walls waiting for it to get back so last night it arrived pluge it in and no go seems the new bits did not like the old keyboard s had to, wait until this morning to get new keybard and at last all working well.

It was bad enough for us all when this forum went off line for those few days....
Talk about "suffering from withdrawal".
I don't think we all realized how much our computers are a big part of our lives.
God, that was bad...
I can't imagine now without mine...
