If you like it go for it. It will look good. Chrome suits most colours except white and silver IMHO.

i like the colour, go for it.
i was going to change the colour on my beetle but then the thought of having to pull everythingout of the interiour as well to do the iside wasnt much
fun so will just be redone white. as i wanted to do mettalic burgandy i couldnt leave the inside white.
but as i said i like the colour go for it

Burgendy over a White interior is a nice mix- Imagine a White interior with burgendy seat inserts, lining, door skins with white piping. Mmm.
Consider it further, unless you have kids of course.
