I just got my copy of Hot VWs Dec 2002 issue, and was reading Rich Kimballs Collectors Corner page 30, when I read the words NO BAD CAMBERG….

I spoke with Markus Lotterman three weeks ago and he confirmed it was unlikely to go ahead but a final decision would be made in late December/early January.
Maybe he is waiting to see if Wolfsburg will be kicking a goal.
