then you can only use them when you ask the club or unless you are getting your car serviced or TESTING out mods etc they are a bit restrictive as to the use but its cheap

You need to be a member of a car club (preferably VW I guess) that has Club Reg available. Vehicle needs to be 25 years old and use is restricted to Club sanctioned outings, meetings etc.
