Dubs by the Pub Qld

Being only new to the VW scene again (after a four or five year break) we are wanting to find out if Dubs by the Pub will be on this year.

We picked up a flyer about it last year and we thought it was on on 8th February but we haven't seen anything on this website or anywhere else.

Can anyone help?

Dubs by the pub is on the 8th February which is a Sunday. it starts at boondall entertainment center at 7am to sign on and the cruise leaves at 8.30am sharp. Its $10 to enter your car in the show. so all you have to do is show up. if you live on the sunshine coast and don"t want to travel down sign on time at the pub is 8am. hope to catch you there. If anyone is not sure where to go or just would like to cruise from the southside youre more than welcome to meet up with us between 6.00am and 6.30am at the Truck Stop on the Gateway between Old Cleveland and Wyunnum Roads.

Getting excited.... only 11 more sleeps.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully we'll be there (if this car ever gets finished). We're at Burpengary and the last one we went on we took off from the BP at Burpengary (as well as a few other beetles and manxs). So we'll either do that or drive down to Boondall.

That's the best part of the day isn't it - trying to get there!!!

A number off us are cruising from the truck rest area on the gateway between old cleveland road and wynnum road. We are leaving there at about 6.30 to cruise up to boondal.........nice and slow just to annoy everyone.......lol. They begin sign in at 7.30.

7am at Boondall Ent Center. Cruise is ~8:30am, but be there before then to give the organisers time to get everything in order and give a run down on the cruise rules :thumb
