Pity no photo of tail lights.

My guess would be '60-'65 as it has the narrow lift gatewith the small rear window (which is not seen in these pics).

Now I am no bus expert, but it looks like early 60's.. 1960, 1961, 1962.
And if they are Safaris, and they look like it from here, it would be a Microbus I would think... 11 Window...

Now let the experts tell you what it REALLY is.. :D

there were round lights on the rear ( not there just the out line ) on the rear This one is being recoverd

round lights but no semaphores - somewhere between 59 and 61. Factory Safaris suggest earlier bus (actually more common on earlier bus) so I'd go 59. Paint suggests microbus. The rear vents below the belt line strongly suggest that its an import rather than local assembly.

err, and actaully I don't think it has safaris now - I think the bottom edges of the screen are just real crusty...

Has to be at least middle to late 60 as my 60 still has semaphores and round tail lights. Mine was 1st regd on 12th march 1960.volma1

:jesus I dont know OK

Semaphores are the popout indicators(small arms) mount in the b pillar. Your kombi has the nipple indicators on the front nose panel and would have two round holes in the rear on each side allowing a tail light and indicator to be fitted. volma1
