VOLKSCLUB BENDIGO Icecream Run 1-2-04

Volksclub Bendigo had it's first run for year Sunday 1-2-04, the annual Icecream Run to Echuca on the Murray River, Northern Victoria. We had a great turn out of VWs, 23 cars in total. We were join by 5 members of the Goulburn Valley Drivers Club with 5 very nice Beetles. Some of you will recognize some of the cars in the line up. We had a fantastic day of socializing and of course icecreams.

yeah thats used to be Dean's oval now owned by an elderly chap in Bendigo. I cant remember the guys from Shepps names but a few of them said they knew you. It was a great day, shame I didnt have my car there but took the ever faithful superbug instead!

Apparently he needed fast money, and sold up his VW stuff.. His wife was going through a career change.. Hope he still is on here, although I haven't heard from him for a while..
