Just wondering what a 69-70 bay bus is worth in good condition.
You dont see many around anymore!
Rob..
With no rust, original paint and a RWC I would say in my opinion they could be worth up to $5000
Rusty and no RWC they would probably be less than $1000.
Thanks to splitty owners chopping them for parts, increasingly more. When the current fashion for splits wanes, 69s to 71s will become the vogue. Oh yeah, I love an appreciating motor vehicle.

I think it's already happening, just the people after one have no money to spend.

lets stand together mitchell.....
but yeah maybe those earlies are
worth a little more. transplants for splits.
we could compare..
early bay above...
and cool as split below....
...early bay above...
Well, actually, that's a caricature of a *late* bay above... but that's OK, it only helps to 'illustrate' how hollow all this
business of early bays being somehow more valuable or desirable than lates is. Early bays are of special value to people who get off on over-stressed
engines and drum brakes.
(Dons flame-proof vest and ducks, exiting left...)
yeah i wrote and then attached, then realised, but failed to go back and amend.
i shall sit in corner and play smash 'ems with me toys. splitty's of course.
HEY 2G united we stand!
All kombi are kool , just some are kooler than others.

Early bay production, what 3 years. Splitties, over 15 years. It won't happen over night, but ...
