Well i'm sat in the engineering office at brissy airport in the a/c as it almost 40 degrees out side passing time till my flight gets in and i go out and cook for an hour or so !!!
Could be out driving with the ragtop back and windows down just chillin ! alas this will have to wait till work ends !!!

SMAO- very hot, and going for swim soon, but pool is also very warm!!!! went swiming last nite at tugan at 2am, nothing like swimimng at nite

Stinkin hot here in brissy still today. Just finished re-indexing rear suspension. Now time to fiddle with the rear apron....and go for a swim!! I've had to take the pedestal fan into the garage so I don't cook!!

Nice and mild here on the northern beaches, just got back from Claudias Cruise, Long Reef To palm Beach , good turnup about 8 for the run including 2 varieties of kombi, KOM 123 s nice camper , my 13 window microbus, several beetles including a convertible and Claudias 67 ish? oasises very nice a high tec german looker a 62 covert , a nicely modded white beetle and a early type 3 wagon .
Nice run Left early so the thers are having a beer as i type at the Newport arms, Biggest and best beer garden in the world!

working today.. weather is nice and mild... might go for a cruise after i get home.

spent the morning putting up a wall to divide off a bedroom. sweat dripping, as i go from aircon inside to heat out side.... but almost done.
am also waiting by the phone for any good news.........

just when I wanted to spend the day doing some paint touch ups on the bay camper, well, just had to scrape all the old floor covering off and fix a few leaks.

It's nice not to be sweating your doik out for a change

Home now been in the pool got a few mates coming over and bbq is going !!! beer is flowing !! ah don't ya love sundays !!!

just spent the day trying to understand the wiring in my car and attempting to clean it up a bit. still dont know what 40% of the wiring is about and have replaced types of connecters that i didnt even know existed, but at least it looks a little neater now.

Just spent day on the waterfront at Bribie. Cruised up with others (had a country buggy, baja, 2 kombies and a type 3), found a place to put up the shades and enjoyed the breeze and the swimming. Started getting a little cloudy and breeze got up around 3.30 - 4 so packed it all up and cruised home.

Got up at 6am on my only day off to try and move some stuff into my new unit. The idea being i get the stuff that had to be taken today as i've borrowed a mates ute and i'd have time to get over to Long Reff for a cruise. I ended up moving nearly all my stuff and was too late to cruise , bugger! So i bolted on my back bumper which i've moved out and inch to clear my deck lid that now had stand-offs. gave my car another polish aswell and went for a quick blast to Bondi! Not a bad day but i'm knackered!

I washed the car at 10.30pm last night cause its still too hot to do anything during the day. Still about 35'c at that time. Humidity levels here are bloody huge. Went to Redcliffe today for photoshoot for VWMA. Wowsers, it was so hot standing in the sun. Had to go for swim at the beach afterwards but didnt stay long for the water temp was 30'c+ i reckon.:puke

i dont find this weather particularly bothersome (infact i love it) but as i have laryngitis and feel like a plate of S**T baking in the 40 degree heat...im not enjoying it as much as i would like.

i spent today at garage sales and scored a retro ericsson telephone (1960's) for $10... Im rather :bounce:bounce:bounce

Slept in all day nearly, then watched two DVD's

Don't know what is happening outside, haven't been out.
