This is what a Country Buggy looks like with 17 years of dust after sitting in a shed on a farm property in NSW.
With some fresh fuel,points,12 volts and a new coil the beast was alive in 7 minutes.
A bit of air in the wintertreads and off around the property.
This is KO 845 and would be one of the last Country Buggies made at the Clayton plant.
The body is currently off the pan and back to bare metal. Watch this space....
Country Buggy Bill.
Well you have my attention. I'll check back on your progress.
Welcome to the Forum Bill. Hours of fun for the whole family. Bugger, they must have all gone to bed!
Refer to earlier post. This attachment sneaks under the 50mb limit

WOW thats cool.
Would love those front seats:o
Wow, I'm jealous. Make sure you do it right - if you're doing any mods, make them reversible, that's a major piece of history. I also recommend driving it, I believe that's what cars are for.
Yes, reversable and please do drive it. Take lots of photos too. It's history your recording.
Can you tell I'm a social scientist!
