whats the oldest RHD ghia in aus

just wondering as our April 1960 ghia is a RHD and we will be bringing it over, are there any karmann ghia clubs in aus?
and are there many ghias in aus? :jesus

I know that there is a few 1958 models out here.

No Karmann club most people just join VW clubs. where abouts are you at ??

Saw a 57 in the Unique Cars magazine a couple of years ago.
Not a bad buy for 15G's

AKGA...Australian Karmann Ghia Registry Does exist but is on hold temporarily...I have owned my 59 fac RHD Ghia Since 1983..Obviously pre 59 are LHD or converted...

its me alright, did we meet a club vw sydney? im sure you were on the old email version of aussievdubbers back in 98. anyway we live in london and hope to move to syd in the next few years to raise some rugrats in the sunshine.

will i be the only person ever to export a car from aus only to bring it back? :D:D
