just when you thought you could get to sleep early...

fun night last night... just thought i would share:)

driving home from work at 11:30pm, still feeling sick and very very tired, bug ran out of petrol about 1km down the road from my house. rang bf to let him know i needed a lift to petrol station when he finished work 45 mins later. all good so far.

left car parked in a no standing zone,made sure to take off the stereo face and turn off the lights before the walk home to get the fuel can. just about to turn into my street when i realise i had locked the keys in the car, and my house keys with them. Feeling very silly at this point. lucky fuel can was downstairs so picked it up and walked back to car.

bf turns up 45 mins later, laughing very hard. we go get $10 of petrol then stop back at home to get the spare bug key. go back to car, pour in fuel, start her up
get home @ 1am. so much for my early night:(

aww you poor thing, well at least you made it to bed eventually.

There is nothing worse than being tired and really needing just to get to your bed! You need a petrol can , not good for a lady to be on her own , stranded!

what i thought was weird was that 2 different sets of cops drove past me while i was carrying a fuel can... in west end... on my own... at midnight.

and neither of them stopped.

musta been the day for running out of fuel. cause I did too! my fuel gauge is a liar.
