Aus sales tax ??

What do you guys get stung on imported parts over there ??

Im a Kiwi so we "only" get whacked with 12.5 % GST on goods valued at over 500 squids.

I have been stung with 15% duty (import) on some stuff, 5% on others and none if the items are less than around US$150 (in my experience). Plus GST on top of the duty...gotta love taxes. :mad:

I wonder how much they will try and charge me for all the spare parts i have had in the uk for a few years before moving over end of 2002 !!!
There not new and off my old bug in the uk !!!
I might have to look into it !!!
I just haven't sent them here yet !!!
Just waiting for my discount freight through work to take effect !!!!
