I made my entire lift kit. It is only the front that caused any hassles. Even so, it is only the very top part of the front section that has enough curve not to be readily bent or welded. What I did was use some thick 25 x 50mm rubber that was less dense at its core. I shaped the ends to slide into my RHS and then the rubber bent and compressed as the pan was jacked up and bolted in. With some goo and a seal on top and below the kit, there is an excellent seal. Strengthwise, it is only a small peice, and being under compression means it is rigid anyway. A smooth covering of silastic to seal it from moisture mean that nothing could make it deteriorate either.I would probably do the same again. A bit of time, a hacksaw and a welder can make a good job of it.

Maybe you can also tell that I am quite proud of my effort too???? ;-)

Rightio then, seeya bye
