Camp near Ely creek. Fairly central and a great spot to launch all your exploratory tours.

I've been a couple of times :P
Fraser is great make sure you get into the inland lakes and also Central station. If you aren't into Beach camping Central is a good place to pitch camp.
If not we usually camp just Nth of Eurong

Champayne Pools is another great place

Lake MacKenzie, and That other lake inland with the steep sand dune going into the water. It's a great place... I got nipped by a dingo though, so be careful especially with kids.

YOu got nipped by a Dingo ??? How ??? WHat were you doing ??

I have been going there for years and years and have never even come close to having issues with them. Sure they steel your food but getting nipped ????

Just don't want to give people the wrong idea. You have more chance of being stabbed in Sydney than being nipped by a Dingo

Thanks to evryone. I would have thought nipping to be rare.
What sort of food safe????? would be best
