Looks like a Banana........Herbie Goes Bananas!:alien

Mayne Henna Red.. Brighter but it would have faded
This may help
indian red or ferrite brown looks close too

If its an Oval Engine lid from Australia then it is Manly Tan
If its from America then its Coral Red.
this is the only red in Ovals.
Failing that yes its red oxide primer.
stil i wouldnt call it red, its more brown, but definetly not coral red from wat ive seen in magazines. and its not primer, its nice original paint,
inside and out.
thanks guys
Sam that panel didnt come from Melbourne did it.
If it did then its probably off an old oval I have 5 years ago. And that was definitely Indian Red. Hand painted Indian Red too. Painted by Red
Indians. Oh now I'm just being silly.
Seriously it looks like Indian Red to me. Kool old colour
yep i think ur right, indian red looks pretty close. i like this colour alot too.
no it didnt come from melb sorry, was a NSW country oval, and its not hand painted, the paint is nice on this one.

What is it you want to do re paint the car or just match that particular colour.
Do you want to paint the car in an Origional Aussie colour
We didnt get Indian red in Aussie only Manly Tan.
I Fink the kulla is blue!
as u mite know dave im still looking into original colours for my oval, and the colour of the w lid started to grow on me, so i was wondering wat it
