A friend sent this image to me, he knows I like this sort of strange stuff. I don't know anything else about it but I think it is in Aus by the look of the street sign.

If this is any help, the scooter was featured in an australian car or bike mag earlier on in the year. Just can't recall what the title was!

yeah it is featured in oz bikes, and i think it is in Newcastle! (maybe july/aug)
My friend tells me that the intercooler is from a wrx, and also has wheelie bars that aren't in the picture supplied.

Can someone post it or transcribe it as it would be an interesting read. I'm in newcastle so if you can find out a bit about the owner or even the Mags details I'll catchup and pick the owners brains and take some pics for us.

Hey guys, got the artical from my friend! it is actually in melbourne's western suburbs. (don't no were he got Newcastle from). Here are some details.
- 144cc honda generator motor
- Turbo found in someones scrap bin "no make mentioned. (runs 2 psi boost)
- been clocked at 80kmh without the nitrous.
-build cost $3500
