Hi PPL
How do we go about registering our club with the RTA so we can get concessional rego for our Vintage VW's, and is there a rules and regulation booklet for the same?

Get in touch with the
Council of Motor Clubs (CMC)
GPO Box 3954
Sydney
NSW 2002.

They Should be able to point you in the right direction.

You need to join your local Vintage car club. Have a look in the phone book, or contact the CMC to see whos is close to you

There may be one near you that caters for all types on Vehicles, that you could join.

If you're a member of Club VeeDub, but dont live in Sydney, can you get vintage rego with Club VeeDub?

And if the car is in Sydney, what are the requirements?

Probably not, Sydney beaches too crowded for me, just looking at all my options with the oval...also might have bought another splitty and the regos are killing my finances

Might have to get involved in the car club in the tweed, I will come for a run when you take pidge out rob, get introduced to the important ones, see if i can get invited into the inner sanctum

No Sydney to Byron is a bit far. We like our vintage Rego memebs to active in the Club.
Sorry our club does not have a the inner sanctum, you must be thinking of some one else.

I think the Bush council caters for Clubs out side of sydney, I will find a contact number for you.

No the inner sanctum is the club in tweed, its by invitation only...
I just want to put my oval on club rego as i only drive it to events and the odd sunday arvo for testing purposes.
I may end up in Sydney in the next 12 months anyway.
