i need to know wat the f***in wheels from so i can start looking for one
dom
I believe it's an early Ford Banjo wheel. Try any HotRod specialist, they might be able to help you out. I still have this darn wheel for sale if you are interested. The other one in the weird equally rare chair is the rarest Petri wheel available..
.....
I can't seem to decide whether to restore it or not...it has an early pre-1960 hub.
but wats that red thing?!?!?!! looks like a huge potty or something LOL!
It's called the Gyro chair, a rocking chair from the late 60's designed by a Scandinavian architect, Eerio Aarnio...
Cheers,
AL

Don't get me liking them Dom....I've just restored my Bat Wing!!!! ;D
they're called banjo wheels
they do make repro's(i think flat 4 makes them)
they're on the mooneyes site and i think pimppride on ebay sometimes sell them.
I have the Banjo wheel above from Flat4 still for sale ($700.00. The hub adaptor is only for pre-1960 though...easily obtained via Guy Harding if you need the later one...
its goin on a 65 notch
