Had a fantastic time!!!! at the nationals{drags,show} Everyone involved, i take my hat off to you! THANKS! I think next year we could step it up! if every vw nut helps or attends in some way. This event can grow to a international size and standard if we all put in. Wouldn't it be nice to have a correspondent from every vw magazine in the world attend! There could be up to 15 pure vw drag cars racing if we all turn up at the one event! Also think we only need one event to be on at easter(we need every vw person to help this event grow) The other event is a good event but could be on at a different long weekend. Maybe next year we could have a Kafer Cup bracket on its own in racing.
Rod Richardsons car ran strong on Saturday without putting a spanner on it (12.92et) runner up in quick bracket. Like to thank Dave Becker for a great race in the final.

Hi,Dave-well you know the other cars are all being work on,except wally who was running the Bug-In event. My point was that,this years event was great but next years can be much bigger and better!!!!!!!!!. ( Jamboree trys to make the next one , better then the last one ) I will be trying to encourage all vw drag mates to enter next year.

Pete, both Brad (57 oval 2110) and I (2L typeIV) will be keen to run at jamboree next year - nationals will have to wait and see. Sounds like a great event though and Rod seemed to run well which is good to hear. Well done to Dave Becker
