What a top ending to the week. Having drinks with the VW enthusiasts.
Speedster showed his BEAUTIFUL 356 - it looks SO good in "the flesh".
Finally got to meet "Blue 74". secrcetly I think he is as crazy as me about volksys.
As Dave Proved to me -- You can solve a hole range of problems over a few drinks at these kind of get togethers. I can see where the hippies came from.

Just ashame didnt get to meet Andrew.
Before I get Abused, I really did have to leave, they cant blame me really......:P

Damn damn damn... I had a fully flexible ticket, I could have rescheduled. I really want to see that 356. :-)

i was down there two thursdays ago grabbing some parts for my '69 and chatting to boris and michael (i thought it was richard... my bad, thanks vw54) about the problem with my turbo bug, they were very helpful indeed! Boris loves to chat about his race bug
