Took my mum to the zoo today. I'm against animals in cages etc etc however the place is about as good as they come! This is not the point!
The point is i couldn't find the merecats in their enclosure. Not until i looked against the wall and saw where the lazy freaks were!!! Sunning themselves , fully leaning against the bloody wall , just chillin!! Pissed myself laughing! Check out how the first one's sitting and they all look like they have sunnies on! LOL

This relates to vw buy the fact i'm sure i heard one of trhem talkling about 48idas on a 1300!

I've always loved the meercats too... and what a lifestyle!!

Dude, you gotta see an old (1970s) doco called "Animals are beautiful people". It focuses on the fauna of the Namib desert in Africa. In particular one lush spot where the river is absorbed into the desert.

During the fruit season only monkeys and elephants can get at the fruit. When the fruit drops after the season it goes rotten in the sun. All the animals eat it. It ferments in their stomachs...

Drunk - rotten drunk - monkeys, merecats, elephants, warthogs, even giraffes rolling around and acting just like drunk humans!

Meerkats are the coolest.

damm wont let me have decent pic size

the meerkats spent about 45 minutes taling to us when we went to the zoo last year!
we also got to pat the hairy nosed wombat, who then grinned up at us and rolled over so we could scratch its belly,
and i also had my clothes munched on by a deer
