i was thinking of trying to start a casual band ,i dont play any modern instuments like guitars i play a didgeridoo,i know what your all thinking but i can play ,i lived in darwin and worked up there in a didge shop selling and teaching it ,i even played abit in canada with a violinest, sometimes i played with this band called the noise upstairs and another guy on his sax in canada ,so if you play something even bongos or anything like the above mentioned and want to try something different im keen

I play electric triangle and the electric frypan:thumb, actually I play for a living too, in Sydney.

type_one - May 27th, 2004 at 09:42 AM

I pretend to play the Bass and Guitar. Average at both. What I can play really well is the air guitar. But there are heaps of closet air guitarist out there. Probably not up for a jam though as i can never find the time any more.

~air fooled~ - May 27th, 2004 at 11:33 AM

you know how to give a man an inferiority complex dont ya! i was exiled to the corner of the classroom everytime we had recorder lessons as it appears that untalented beginners these days are mistaken for smart ass trouble makers......subsaquently i never recovered from the musical alienation that was forced upon me and to this day i struggle to hold a tune on anything, including whistling......thankyou ms.king year 4!!!!!!

I have a practice mute - to "soften" the sound if you think the neighbours are going to fuss about the noise we'll make :thumb
