no no....it was a topless bug rolling shell and this kit for sale on this forum and it was sold for 100 buckeroos ....and now someone is selling just the kit for twice the price as the whole lot was bought for

i think fellow dubbers could do good to pass on deals to fellow dubbers. youcan make your moeny else where. this should be a passion and about the spirit.

cmon guys.

is this a for sale forum or is this an enthusiasts site.

i like most here would ad here first and be willing for a price on a "project" (and more hassle in the sale) on the prospect that the person who buys is more capable of finishing the project or is atleast "emotionally attached" to the vw item at the heart of the "deal", (keep the spirit alive).

i spose this is what vanderaj is on about. if its about buying and selling for highest dollar at the time, get rid of buying and selling section. ebay fills the bill. if there's still a portion of buying and selling and helping out a dubber, then lets let it live but follow the spirit of the thing.

we gave some stuff to a guy who was building a super. 6months later there was a garage sale advertised with "VW Bits", we went ; it included the stuff we gave the guy with $$ attached. how rude. he atleast should have kept what he needed and given the rest back.... this approach could work here...
