hey guys just thought id ask you if anyone was looking for a new appartment to rent, my girlfriend and i are moving out and as its before our lease is up we need to fill the appartment. its a great 1 bedroom in stkilda east 2 minute walk to chapel st, super clean just painted before we moved in 9 months ago, close to public transport, off street parking, all electric no gas, water paid for by building owners, etc... if there is anyone interested please reply hear or call me on 0402102449 ooh and rent is $170 a week.

Price Isn't bad for a one bedroom with private parking in Sydney. I'm not interested as I have already found a nice quite little spot in the country. Good price though.
