I want to make animated VW GIFs like you see on this forum, however the only program I can find on the net wants $30 rego and I can't make proper GIFs till I pay up. I have been told there are supposedly heaps of free Animated GIF Programs on the net....can anyone direct me to any sites, or help in my quest for a basic free Animated GIF program?
