Hi all. Yes another cruise!

DNVK are a small VW club based in Newcastle. The club is very unoffical , very new and totally cool (i'm in it ! ) LOL! VW Fool is the co-ordinator and has arranged our next cruise location. I'm here to shout about it!

Sunday 4th July at the Entrance on the Central Coast from 11am . The meeting place is yet TBA but will see us near the water in an ideal park for us all.

In a similar fashion to the youZ cruZ we want to open this up to any forum member and any other clubs that want to show. Alot of people said that August was too long to wait for another cruise so here you go.

Basically half way between Newcastle and Sydney , about 2 hours for us Sydneysiders.

So polish up the dub and come along for a relaxed day , catching up and seeing some cool cars . As ever the more folk that attend and make the effort the better it will be.

the entrance is not only a beautiful spot for a cruise but great that its central so our sydney comrades can join in as well...

Took my mum there when she was here and yes it's a great place. Just watch out when you get there!!! Don't worry about the big pelicans , just watch out for the Old folk. You get a shock off all the synthetic clothing and walking sticks if your not careful!!

heres a map i think this is around where we'll meet, easy enough its not a big place, theres a big car park somewhere near here on the map that faces the water.

Anyone else fancy abit of a trip out from Sydney early morning? Say 8.30 ? So far only me and Costa.

just got an email from the VWHS, the vw historical society on the central coast, they said they should b coming along as well, maybe 15 cars some on vintage plates...

i don't think i can make it guys. i'm gonna be flat out at work for the next couple of months (at least).....i probably won't even make it to valla by the looks of things

the VWHS said in their email that the Entrance car park gets full by 10.30 on sundays, and we should head further on to long-jetty where theres a lot more room, good parking, toilets, even room for a game of cricket and b.b.q. facilitys aswell.

Just in case you forgot . A days cruising ! Say no more!

just under 3 weeks to go!

This is a basic idea of whats going on for the next Klub Cruise on Sunday July 4th to the Central Coast.

Newcastle Members will meet at Swansea McDonalds carpark at 9am Sunday morning. thats the Maccas just before the roundabout to get on the freeway.
We will leave McDonalds after 9.30am.
Arrive at The Entrance around 10.30 - 11am.
We'll meet up with the Sydney and Central Coast Crew some where along Marine Parade, theres a big car park facing the water along there.
Hang out, look around and grab some lunch (best fish and chips r at the Entrance).
Around 1230 or 1 we'll cruise around the main strip in The Entrance, then 10km up the freeway in a convoy to Terrigal for a bit of a cruise along the beaches.
After that the Sydney Crew can head back South, and the rest of us back along the freeway in convoy into Newcastle Foreshore for a Dub lineup.

As i said, this is just a rough idea of wats happening, on the day we'll just play it by ear as we go along,

danny if u want to make arrangements from the sydney end of things thatd be great, but yeah we'll meet u guys around 11am.

Well Sam i reckon we can sort that one out. From the East i'd be travelling down Anzac Pde and through the tunnel to the North shore. We could meet up and set off from Mackers Kingsford 8.30 am and maybe then hook up with some more over Chatswood way on the way to the Entrance. The more the better as this is always one of the best parts of a cruise and we'll be driving a few K's to get there. I'll see what folk want to do but Mackers as a start 8.30 for sure. If people have mobiles i can always ring ahead for those on route and pick them up as we travel North. Hit the entrance for about 10.30 / 11 . Can't wait!
