I am really in to this idea.
I didnt go last time because i didnt have much money and shopping is no fun without money.
And now i dont have a job but i will come to hang out with some of you vw chickies:P:thumb

i said this last time....and i'll say it again (albeit in a very small voice) " can we NOT go shopping?"
sorry, but i dont have many car-chick friends......and i can go shopping with them any old time anyway..... i would love to do something with the vw girls that is CAR RELATED!

i'll put my hand up for organising something...........
have a couple of ideas.....but if the vote is overwhelmingly "shop or die" i can accept it.......

Hi Guys...
Well I will organize a ALL GIRL DUB DAY after Valla.
As with all clubs I have to get in early to plan in advance as not to correspond on other clubs outing dates.
As Valla is nearly here & people are saving for that, I will make it after that.
Maybe the end of August/beginning of Sept, have to check the calendar. I will check within the next few days & let you know.

i can offer my parents farm as a destination for the cruise --- they live in a really pretty spot south west of bris (about an hour's crive) called boonah.
there are a couple of really nice places there ----- like the Kooromba Winery and Lavender farm .....very very nice.....excellent wines, great food and lots of nice girlie lavender skin products.....plus an awesome veiw of cunningham's gap and the surrounding scenic rim.
i would be happy to have a bbq or something at my folks farm and then a little wine tasting afterwards perhaps....? i dunno - just a suggestion if anyone is interested.

I am so tired of drivin thru the purdy scenery for hrs on end each day, I crave the exhaust fumes and pullution o' the city.lol...... jks.. will follow watever the masses decide upon, but am relieved tis after valla otherwise I'd b sittin there with Thorun at lunch splitting the bill: 2 glasses o' water and 1 serve o' breadstix...

I've never chatted on here before so you probably don't know me
You might recognize me by our ute (now deceased) flame splitty, 62 ute.
I am keen to meet up with you guys for a cruise in my t3 wagen that has become the mum mobile for now
We have been involved in the vw club seen for 6years but been very quite of late.
Love the sounds of the wine and lavender farm cruise and would love to chat with other chicks who LOVE cars too.

listen heather, not sure about going dutch on the breadsticks, but if we hook up at some cafe somewhere they usually have little containers of sugar sachets and equal tablets and stuff --- that way we can doggy bag a few to take home with us!
