I got a 74 Baywindow. Love it. Just cleaned the carbies today, seems to be running a little smoother, but there's still problems. She's a bit unwell.

My hands smell like latex and petrol. Eeew!

My first beetle was a 68 semi auto, I used to freak people out changing gears with no clutch ...... I didn't have the fancy badge that you had though, that looks pretty cool !!!!!! But then it died ..... transmission and engine ..... so I made it a manual and put in a bigger motor and then the suspension broke, so off to Beetle Heaven it went and I bought a Commodore !!!!!!!!!!!:cry

well......... it seems to me that this is a veedub formum.......... i would be thinkin most people here own or have owned or plan to own veedubs
and if its cold put a jumper on........ works for me

Lee (68 AutoBug) reckons its the only "fancy badge" in Aust :jesus luckily no-one knows so it hasnt been racked yet.. needs a good re-chrome but ;)

welll......i dont own a VW..........I own a MAGNA and its cool, except I dont want it for too much longer and im hoping to get somthing a little more up beat....not as in SPEED, just in class. MAYBE A BEETLE :P which is why im on here. um, and i dont like the smarty comments about DAH THIS IS THE VW FORUM OF COURSE WE"RE GOING TO HAVE VWs coz I was asking WHAT KIND OF VWs ya'll had:P.........it is cold, i do have a jumper on, but i thought id mention it anyway AND the reason i have so many posts on here so far is coz I LIKE BEING SOCIALBLE:P:P:P:P:bounce:bounce
