Wow only three weeks to I leave for THE GREAT ENDEAVOUR RALLY. We are competeing in a 1960 baja and will be heading from Toowoomba to the Sunshine Coast via LAKE EYRE. The car is almost ready and have had a few days practise rallying around a few bush tracks. We will cover over 5 000km in the nine days and raise over $5 000 for the endeavourr foundation. I'm putting this on here as we hope that some may be in the following areas if we need spares. We are carrying a heap of bits and pieces. These include practially a complete front end all cables and brakes, swing plates, torsion bars, axles, transmission and plugs, leads alternator and starter. Hopefully we should be able to get ourselves out of trouble but just incase I'm posting this hoping some may live in the areas if we require anything. We pass through the following downs which are our overnight stops. BOOMI, COBAR MENINDEE, COPLEY, LAKE EYRE, THARGOMINDAH BOLLON MANUMBAR AND RETURN TO CALOUNDRA ON THE 24 - 7- 2004. If any one is in this area and has any parts wrecks if we need bits we could give you a call it would be greatly appreciated.
