i dunno about an initiation.. cos its only me working for one guy.. no-one lese
cos he contracts to a few diff places.. so i dont actually work for a workshop as such get to traves a few days at a really high end joint, then a few days at an average (still BMW's) place for a few days!!!

I did something similar for a few months...Selling a hotel chain membership to business people...Wasn't too bad as you did get takers claiming it on their tax....Accountants were the best buyers...they got discounts at the cafe's and restaurants .... good for business meals....
