Can anyone give me an approximation of how much I should be paying for a steering box for a '76 kombi.

There's a garage sale down the road from me with one, and he wants $50 - is this a fair price?

if it is OK.......... then I think that is quite fair, saves all the trouble of puling one out of another vehicle, as they are not repairable it would be a good idea to get it

Cool, I may have to go and relieve him of it then, I guess i just have to hope it's better than the one I have.
