A few of us Vortex boys got together for a run out to the Brindabella mountains south of canberra. Yeah there were only two dubs and two Mini cooper S', but we had fun. It was Liams first run in his Mini having just sold his Mk4 GTI.

Check out the scenery in the photos, cos it is likely we will drive that way on the VW Weekend on the 25th and 26th of September.

Yep, the white GTI is all mine... And it aint one of the scummy 90bhp Australian edition jobbies, its the real deal... But, yeah, even the Australian spec ones are better than a Hyundai!!! Cheers...

I guess this post would have got more replies if we had a Beetle along... You guys should join us!!! Actually there is a guy in Canberra getting a 2 point something turbo in his L bug... It already sits hell low, and will certainly iron my car out on the straights!!!
