I posted this post in the for sale by mistake,,, How many of You have seen the type 3 fastback side windows that do NOT have any hinges.... the glass actually bends... thats correct... about 1/3rd of the front of the window glass sits in rubber but when You push out the window catch, 2/3rds of the glass opens out by bending the glass.... Maybe it wasn't popular because no one was game enough to open them
But they couldn't have cost much more than a standard glass window.....:tree:rudolf

I have never seen them but will be sure to pay more attention next time I'm near one.

Same piece of glass only pop outs have a hole in them for the catch. How much are they worth? How much you willing to pay? Got a pair in my fastback that dont pop out cos non pop out rubbers are heaps cheaper and I'm a tight-arse.
