I think it is a House of Kolor paint.

The bodywork and paint was done by John Hairy Harris.

Was in project state for many years with Mike Martinez - will have to email these to him now he has returned to the States...

Oh yeah , sure it looks alright, drives like
brand new , is smooth and quiet - comfortable and stylish,
but it doesnt go like a High Performance big CC
Volksy...!!!!!
Give me my noisey , rattly Oval any day.!
