id like to be involved in a club such as this but vic is to far to get to the meetings from sydney. i hope the club is successful with not to much politics, just cruizin. id like to be in a club for custom ,old school and rat look type 2s only ,no offence to other types of vw owners kombis just do it for me more and there isnt enough out there ,or maybe people have them hidden , bring out your
custom ,old school and original rat look type 2s no more trailer queens

Thanks,No politics just fun,cruisin,showin,sharing ideas and drag racing and partying.We have a few type 2 in the club most are projects.I love all aircooled even type 4 done woody style.

for those interested...
i'm going to try and start a club that is just a cruise club, and may have some preference at vw meets etc.
It will be based around Sydney NSW, but others in NSW region are most welcome... but the late night cruises and the such may be a hassle t get to!

it won't cost anything to join, and you will still keep your affiliations to your toher clubs (such as http://www.clubvw.org.au ) i'm not trying to tread on toes, i just wanna see more custom vw's on cruise around the city, bondi, down south and up north. just to let the ricers know that.. the beetles are back and modded up (?) :)

anyhoo, if anyone's interested let me know (yiannis@compareloans.com.au) and i'll guage the response.
