Seen on Saturday 18/1 between Warburton and Lilydale (Vic) a kombi gelati van. Does anyone here own it/know anything about it?

Is is pink?
If so the guy lives out that way as I have seen him alot out wesburn way before.
Been trying to catch him but is always on the move.
