i have added my savings account (commonwealth) to the paypal account, and my visa aswell.. so if i use the pay for ebay items tab, it will deduct from the visa??

Yep, You pay for your ebay item via paypal then paypal takes the money out of your account.

pay pay is good and easy... if you are selling, just be aware of the fees..
