Ok guys and gals... well it looks that it's an ezine that everyone wants (phew!) so i'm gunna start to put one together.... Now it will be done in issues and not all at once - that way we can have new material.

I need a few articles to get me goin, and by a few i mean alot and by alot i mean EVERYONE SEND ME SOME INFO AND PHOTOS OF YOUR RIDE, no matter what stage or style or condition it's in... people just wanna see other people's vw's.

even if it's a few paragraphs about what you've done to it, what previous owners have done, when you bought it, specs, future plans, experiences in you vw, etc.
anything you can think of relating to your ride, write it on an email and send it through... must be accompanied ith pics. if you don't have a digital camera, scan them!, no scanner? send me your pics to my address (will email it to you in private) with a reply paid envelope (if you want them back) and i'll scan em for you.

Come on everyone - get out there and kick start this off. Many hands make mag work. It's not much and with a few sponsors it might even make some money for the forum, it's editor or even some prises for contributers in the future.

VDUB2c what suburb are you actually in? I've been contemplating doing something like this for a while but the other half seems to always talk me out of it because it will eat into our time together. But shared thats different. I'd be interested in getting involved. The behind the scenes stuff. You know chief editor or something. Joking. What are you thinking for printing? I can try and find out some prices from a print management company that my girlfriend used to work at and still has contacts there. Of course I'll have to ask her nicely. I have thought of many things for this. LIke how are you going to distribute it. Approach newsagents? Well the company that supplies most of their stock. Forget who it is but could find out. Anyway let us know. Again would love to be involved, not just contributing. I'm sure if all the VW shops around were approached with a prototype that they would throw some advertising cash at it. Eagerly awaiting your reply.

About time someone has dicided to do an new VW oz mag.I will send you heaps of flicks of oz cars and overseas.

firstly: type_one: i'm not planning on putting a print issue out YET, eventually i will have something setup so peope can request issues to be sent to them... i emphasise YET and EVENTUALLY...

Yianni, whats the best format for pics and whats the word limit on the articles or minimum words for an article.
What format for the written part, Word Document?
Did you want a tech box type thing made up for the car article. You know, with year, engine type, size, mods, ect all listed as bullet points.

ok documents can be sent as anything, word or even notepad... i will be reformatting the words and all that wonto the webpage with the pic strewn throughout.

pics are probably best as .jpg or .gif file formats, as they have good qality and low file sizes.

if you could include and article and at the end or beginning, have a few stats.
such as:

your name:
the vw's name:
year and model:
colour:
body mods/kits if any:
suspension specs and mods:
brake specs and mods:
wheel style:
gearbox and engine specs and mods:
interior mods:
any other mods:
special thanks:
