Just let Andrew know how many posts you had and the icon is the avatar and it has to be 100X100 Pxls MAX!

To make your avatar (image on the left) come back, resize a picture to no more than 100x100 pixels and plonk it up somewhere on the net where everyone can reach it, come back here, edit your profile, and set the URL for your avatar directly at the image.
